If your property is on 3 or more levels and let to 5 or more tenants comprising 2 or more households (i.e. not all of the same family) it will be subject to mandatory licensing.
We offer a service which includes:
Completion of the application form
Site visit with the county council, and a contractor
arrangement of relevant safety certificates
Payment of HMO licence fee included (currently £400)
Professional drawing of floor plans
All of the above for £800 (no VAT) (including floor plans and licensing costs)
